A Workshop Built for Real Work
The VividPoint training space in Holon is set up to replicate actual job conditions. Participants work with real plumbing fixtures, actual electrical panels, real drywall sections, and functioning door frames throughout each session.
Set Up Like a Job Site, Not a Classroom
The facility does not look like a lecture hall. There are no rows of chairs facing a projector. Instead, each participant gets a dedicated workstation equipped with the tools and materials for that session's module.
The space accommodates groups of up to eight participants. This keeps the ratio practical enough that the instructor can observe and give feedback to everyone in the group, not just the ones who ask questions.
Location in Holon provides easy access from Tel Aviv and the surrounding area, with parking available on site.
Ask About AvailabilityEquipped for Every Module
Plumbing Station
Working water supply with shutoff valves, faucet fixtures, drain assemblies, and toilet internals. All materials are functional rather than mock-ups.
Electrical Panel Section
Dedicated electrical practice area with GFCI outlets, standard switches, and testing equipment. Fully isolated from main building circuits for safe training use.
Drywall Practice Wall
Replaceable drywall panels mounted in a standing frame. Participants patch, sand, and texture match on actual sections rather than sample boards.
Door and Frame Rigs
Two freestanding door frame assemblies with functional hinges, deadbolts, and strike plates. One interior and one exterior door configuration.
Tool Library
Common hand tools and specialty items available at each workstation. Participants may bring their own tools, but nothing is required in advance.
Break and Review Area
Separate area for breaks, printed reference materials, and group discussion. The quoting module runs here using printed job scenario sheets.
Instruction from Field Experience
The course is delivered by an experienced maintenance professional with field background across residential and commercial property maintenance. The instruction is grounded in actual job scenarios rather than textbook examples.
Session feedback is direct and practical. The goal is to help participants identify what they're doing correctly and what needs adjustment before they take a skill to a paying client's property.
Questions are encouraged throughout each module, not saved for the end.
